The place where the moon once was (for Playdate)

You wake in the cold, dark night to find your sibling has escaped through the window in chase of a stolen moon. Grabbing your lamp, you run out after them. Can you pick your way through a series of levels, avoiding the light while your own lamp grows ever dimmer?

This initial version of the Pulp-based stealth game, released for the Uncrank'd Winter Jam, features 8 levels and 2 power-ups.

A few tips:

- Your lamp light gets smaller, but won't run out by itself.
- If you fail, you'll restart on the same level with your lamp light restored to what it was.

This version has no save, but takes 10-15 minutes to play through. Controls use the D-pad and A and B buttons only - the crank is not used. The game should be fully playable in the simulator.

Future plans:

I'm aiming to extend this after the Jam to a paid version, with at least one extra level, and a save system. Anyone paying at least 2 dollars now will get access to the paid version when it's ready.

Installation:

Simply download the zip file provided and sideload it on to your Playdate through the usual sideload methods.
