TPWTMOW v1.1 "waxing jam" update

The "waxing jam" 1.1 version of The Place Where The Moon Once Was is a slight update for anyone looking to play through the game with a slightly easier difficulty level. This includes some minor changes:

• Minimum lamplight is slightly larger
• Moonlight left behind by lamps is now dynamic, with more chance of it being left behind when your light is dimmer
• Vertical lamps can no longer be walked through (hat tip to #son2)

Version 1 is still available for people that prefer more of a challenge, of course.
